Mifflin St. Block Party Eve

  • The day started when the 1600 block neighbors decided to have a jam session at 2 am. We wouldn't have cared if it hadn't forced Mark and me to sleep in the first floor living room as far from the noise as possible, which still didn't help. Rick had ear plugs. DJ was at Strei's. J was absent but stumbled in at about 4:45 am. Roach was MIA as well.
  • I had to get up early to edit at the media center.
  • AJ and DJ proved their ignorance by arguing film with me.
  • Several of the roommates fashioned backpacks out of Blatz cases for Mifflin Street tomorrow. Not ordinary backpacks either; Blatz dispensing Blatz backpacks.
  • The pizza box pile continues to grow larger.
  • J shaved a mohawk into his hair.
  • We watched home videos of AJ as a little kid dancing all Indian like.
  • AJ's friends showed up eventually. The guy talk constantly.

First Entry

  • AJ just got back from Chicago today. He had some sort of job interview.
  • Ben, J, Roach, and I made pizza. Delicious.
  • Ben, Mark, and possibly others went to Angie's birthday gathering. They came back and Mark called Ben gay, and a fag, and stated that Ben treats women like objects. Ben objected. Then Ben accused Mark of being an "asshole" but is still seen as the "good guy." Mark did not object.
  • Ricky held the computer scoreless today in Madden. It was the only game he played.
  • DJ was actually here for a while and played videogames. We didn't take and illegally dump all of our garbage like we had planned, but oh well.
